Our Development Process

9 steps. Full transparency. Full ownership.

01

Free Consultation

Every project begins with understanding your business. We’ll discuss your business goals, the type of website you need (business, e-commerce, portfolio, SaaS, blog, and more), required features, design preferences, timeline, and budget.

We’ll also ask whether you already have hosting or a backend you want to keep using — if so, we build for that. If not, we’ll recommend the best free-tier stack for your business.

02

Project Approval & Payment

Once the project scope is finalized, we confirm the project. Payment methods include Fiverr, Payoneer, and other agreed payment methods.

For direct clients, we normally require an advance payment before development begins. Fiverr projects follow Fiverr’s own payment and delivery process.

03

Domain Name

If you already own a domain, we’ll use it. If you don’t have one, we’ll help you choose and purchase the right one — for example yourbusiness.com, yourbusiness.pk, or yourbusiness.net.

Domain prices vary by extension and availability: around $2/year on promotional offers, $10–$20/year for most common domains, and premium domains may run into the hundreds or thousands.

The domain is always purchased in your name, using your account, so you remain the owner. Renewal is your responsibility and paid directly to the registrar — we never charge extra for domain renewals.

04

Your Business Google Account

We strongly recommend creating a new Gmail account dedicated to your business instead of using your personal email. This Gmail becomes the master key for your entire online business — if you’re going with our recommended free-tier stack.

Already have hosting or a backend account (Hostinger, GoDaddy, an existing Supabase project, etc.)? We’ll use your existing logins instead of creating new ones, and skip whichever of the accounts below you don’t need.

  • GitHub
  • Vercel
  • Supabase
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Business Profile (if needed)
  • Google Maps APIs (if needed)
  • Resend
  • Cloudflare (if needed)
  • Stripe (if required)

Everything belongs to you, not us — whether it’s a new account we create or one you already had.

05

Secure Project Setup

If you’re using our recommended free-tier stack, we’ll configure the following using your Gmail account. If you already have hosting, we configure your project on your existing host and backend instead — the list below adjusts to match.

  • GitHub Repository
  • Hosting (Vercel or your existing host)
  • Database (Supabase or your existing backend)
  • PostgreSQL
  • Authentication
  • Analytics
  • Search Console
  • XML Sitemap
  • Robots.txt
  • SSL Certificate
  • Domain Configuration
  • Email Services
  • API Integrations

Every account is registered under your ownership — new or existing.

06

Design & Development

We build your website using modern technologies: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Supabase (or your existing backend), PostgreSQL, APIs, and AI integrations where required.

Your source code is maintained in your private GitHub repository.

07

Testing & Quality Assurance

Before launch, we test everything thoroughly.

  • Mobile responsiveness
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Performance
  • Security
  • Browser compatibility
  • Forms
  • Database
  • Speed optimization
  • Bug fixing
08

Website Launch

After approval, we’ll deploy your website to whichever hosting we set up together — your existing plan or our recommended free-tier stack.

  • Live deployment
  • Domain connection
  • SSL certificate
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • XML sitemap
  • Performance optimization

Your website is now live.

09

Final Handover

Once the project is completed, you receive full ownership of everything.

  • Gmail account (if created for the project)
  • GitHub repository
  • Hosting project (Vercel or your existing host)
  • Backend/database project (Supabase or your existing backend)
  • Database
  • Source code
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Domain access
  • Documentation (if applicable)

For security, we recommend changing your account passwords immediately after handover and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) wherever available. From that point on, you have complete control over your website and accounts.

Transparent Pricing

One-time fee. No surprises.

Our website development fee is a one-time payment. If you already have hosting (e.g., Hostinger, GoDaddy) or a backend you use, we deploy there — no need to set up anything new. If you don’t have hosting yet, we set you up on our recommended stack below, and for most business websites the following services can be used on their free plans:

  • GitHub
  • Vercel
  • Supabase
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager

These free plans are generally sufficient for new websites, portfolios, blogs, and many small to medium business websites. Either way — your hosting or ours — the accounts are always registered under your ownership, not ours.

Future Growth Costs

As your website grows, you may eventually exceed the free usage limits offered by third-party platforms — a significant increase in visitors, large databases, heavy file storage, high bandwidth usage, or advanced enterprise features. In these cases, services such as Vercel or Supabase may require upgrading to a paid plan based on their own pricing and policies, not ours. If you’re on your own existing hosting instead, your provider’s normal plan limits and pricing apply.

The good news: that usually means your website has grown enough that investing in better infrastructure makes sense.

Important Disclaimer

We believe in complete transparency. Our one-time development fee covers the design, development, testing, deployment, and handover of your website — to your own hosting if you have it, or to a free-tier stack we set up if you don’t. However, we cannot control or guarantee the pricing, free tiers, policies, availability, or future decisions of third-party service providers such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, your hosting provider, or domain registrars.

Any future costs, renewals, subscriptions, or upgrades charged by these providers are separate from our development service and remain the responsibility of the account owner (the client). We will always build your project using the most appropriate and cost-effective technologies available at the time of development, but we cannot be held responsible for future policy or pricing changes made by third-party companies.
